What a wonderful week....

What a January! We enjoyed an awesome 8 days with Aunt Kristy and Cousin Mark visiting followed by a wonderful 9 days with Grammy and Grandpa. As you probably read from the below blog entry, Lexi also turned 4! Whew! January has flow by in a whirlwind of fun. We are sad to say goodbye to Grammy and Grandpa tomorrow morning, but feel like we have made the most of their time with us. Here are some of the precious moments that we captured with our cameras... (sorry, I just couldn't narrow them down any more...so, there are 20+ pics)

Lexi turns 4!

Lexi Lynn turned 4 on Sunday January 23rd and celebrated it in grand fashion with two parties and two cakes. She even had Grammy and Grandpa visiting Norway to help her celebrate. She had an all-girls Hello Kitty party Sunday afternoon with 7 friends (3 and 4 year olds) and had a family pizza party Sunday night with the whole clan. Here are some pics of the BIG four year old's BIG day.

It was a grand weekend (Lexi went to Grace's 4th birthday Princess party on Saturday) with loads of family and friends. Lexi thanks each of you for all of her lovely presents. What a special day!

Mark Thomas comes to Norway!

OK...despite the fact that Kris and Mark have only been here 3 days, Kris has received some comments that allude to the fact that we are delinquent in the "sharing pictures" department. This is to prove that Kristy and Mark Thomas did indeed arrive safely in Norway last Friday afternoon and are soldering-on despite the time change and jet lag.

Here is a pic of our ice skating trip on Saturday...

They were indeed smiling...

And yes, Lillian often takes second chair to the other noise makers, but she does get her fair shair of attention and cuddles.

Er, um.... Lexi is teaching Mark what he can do to help when Kate comes along???

The guitar is a toy that requires close monitoring so that each get their turn and sharing happens without tears :)

They wanted to take a pic with Lillian this morning

We went to a play place at the mall today - Mark loved the slide... so much so that "daredevil Mark" decided to take the motorcycle up and attempted to ride it down. (See pic below for the motorcycle). I think he got more of an adrenaline kick than he wanted... no injuries, but defo scared :)

Lexi was chasing Mark around on the motorcycle...on flat ground. She has my genes (aka - fear of injury to self) and would never even think of trying to ride the motorcycle down the slide :)
